Mine does the same as well - though I don't think it's as loud as yours sounds like it is.
I have plenty of pad left - I believe it's simply a matter of the material in the pad itself has properties that make it 'squeal' under friction.
I've tried one suggestion that helped quiet it somewhat: remove the pads from the bike and put a dab of copper paste on the back of the pads. I understand that this helps to dampen the vibrating pad a little.
I wonder if using another brand of brake pad helps.
